Parent & Tot (Ages Walking to 24 months) Co-ed 25 mins. Have fun with your grown-ups discovering gymnastics through: music, games, and creative movements. Parent & Tot develops physical literacy, listening skills, confidence, and group interaction. Games, songs, and creative movements are used to teach basic gymnastics skills.
Assisted 2/3 year old Co-ed 40 mins. Do you find your kids jumping on the bed? Gymnastics is the way to go! This class develops both physical literacy and self-confidence, while athletes participate with their parents. Games, songs, and creative movements are used to teach basic gymnastics skills. Older athletes (3-5) that may need a little bit of extra support may also register for this class! Please contact the office if you have an older athlete who you would like to register.
3 year old independent Co-ed 40mins. Athletes learn how to interact with others and how to follow along instructions in a group setting independently. Athletes can discover gymnastics through: music, games, and creative movement circuits. This class develops fundamental movement skills, listening skills, and social interaction.
4 year old independent Co-ed 55 mins. This class develops the physical literacy needed to explore life with confidence. Athletes will learn through: games, music, & creative movements as they develop basic gymnastics skills.
Kinder 1-3 Co-ed 70 mins. This class develops the physical literacy needed to explore life with confidence. Athletes will learn through: games, music, & creative movements as they develop basic gymnastics skills.
Gymnastics provides an excellent physical base for children regardless of the activities they choose later in life.
Kinder Levels 4-6 ages 4.5-6 Co-ed 85 mins. This class follows the successful completion of Kinder Levels 1-3 and will provide new and exciting challenges for the athletes.
Progressive skill stations will allow athletes to learn more complex elements.
Adapted Gymnastics (Ages 6+) Co-Ed. This class develops physical literacy, which encompasses both gross and fine motor skills; these are essential for athletes facing special challenges. Adapted Gymnastics helps children learn through repetition, positive reinforcement, and fun exploration. Please call the office so we can help your child develop

For the 2024/2025 Season, Gymnastics BC will not be increasing the cost to the existing Gymnastics BC Insurance & Membership fee. Effective September 1st, 2025 ALL participants of recreational programs (classes/camps/drop in/pay as you go) will be charged a $60.00 annual membership fee. Registration fee will be auto charged to the payment method we have on file on September 1, 2025 or upon registration after this date.

TOTAL RECREATIONAL REGISTRATION COST – $60
For our summer programs, all athletes that have not attended yet this season, will be charged a $25 casual membership fee. If you have already paid for an annual or casual membership fee between September 1st 2025-present day, you will not be charged the casual fee.
