Girls Level 1-3 (Ages 6-11) 1.5 hours. Athletes will be introduced to both basic gymnastics & fundamental movement skills in a fun atmosphere. This class is designed for those with little or no gymnastics experience. Progressive skill stations will help develop self-confidence & discipline. The events used include: vault, bars, beam, floor & tramp.
Girls Levels 4-6 (Ages 6-11) 1.5 hours. This class follows the successful completion of Levels 1-3. It will apply the previously mastered basic skills & body positions to help build more complex skills. Progressive skill stations will allow athletes to experience challenges & success, which helps foster self-confidence. If you are unsure of your child’s skill level, please call the office to book a $5 assessment.
Girls Level 7 & 8 (Ages 6-11) 1.5 hours. These classes follow the successful completion of Levels 4-6 in our Girls program. Athletes will learn complex skills, such as walkovers, handsprings & more! Athletes will increase their fitness & skill level with skill technique skill technique in constant focus.

Structured Adult Co-ed 1.5 hours. The class is for both beginner and advanced athletes. Beginner athletes will be introduced to basic gymnastics skills and will progress from week to week. Athletes with prior experience will be challenged in more advanced skills. Goal setting is encouraged, and coaches will help each athlete attain their goal. This class will bring structure and is highly adaptable to all athlete levels.
Homeschool (Ages 5+) Co-ed 1 hour. Homeschool is a co-ed class that improves physical literacy & will introduce basic gymnastic skills. This class is an interactive & fun place where your child can attain greater strength, agility, balance & overall fitness. Lessons will progress each week to ensure your athlete remains challenged & motivated.
Funding forms are available at the office for direct billing to your homeschool association. These forms are mandatory if you are using funding.
School specific evaluation forms handed out by your homeschool may incur additional charges.
