Gymnaestrada

Gymnaestrada is a co-ed team that combines the beauty of dance with the breathtaking excitement of gymnastics skills and acrobatics. Performance Gymnaestrada class time is spent learning elements from gymnastics, cheer, circus, and acrobatics while introducing a routine to the athletes that they will perform throughout the year at multiple events, including BC Gymnaestrada. For the 2026/2027 season we are attending World Gymnaestrada in Lisbon Portugal. There will be additional charges for costumes and competition fees. Gymnaestrada classes are by invitation or tryout only.

To enquire about an assessment please email the Gymnaestrada Program Coordinator or call Kara at 604-850-8500. Alternatively you can visit our office during our office hours.
