Gymnaestrada is a co-ed team that combines the beauty of dance with the breathtaking excitement of gymnastics skills and acrobatics. Performance Gymnaestrada class time is spent learning elements from gymnastics, cheer, circus, and acrobatics while introducing a routine to the athletes that they will perform throughout the year at multiple competitions, including BC Gymnaestrada. There will be additional charges for costumes and competition fees. Gymnaestrada classes are by invitation or tryout only.
