Entry Fees: Regular - prior to Feb. 1, 2010 $85/athlete
Late Entry - after Feb. 1, 2010 $100/athlete
March 18 2010 Interclub $50/athlete
All entries must be received, by email, NO LATER than February 1, 2010 and MUST include full payment along with a completed registration form by email; if not your club will incur a late fee.
Levels of Competition for Women:
Competition levels include: KIP 1 and 2, Canadian Pre Novice Aspire and Elite, CPP Levels 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. National Novice and Open.
2nd Trials to Nationals Women
Levels of Competition for Men:
Competition levels include: Provincial Levels 1 to 4, National Youth, National Open, Junior and Senior
2nd Trials to Nationals for National Youth and National Open, High Performance Argo, Tyro, Junior and Senior.

SCRATCH POLICY PLEASE NOTE:
Up to March 1st -- there will be a $75 refund for any scratch.
From March 1st to 18th, $75 refund will be given only upon receipt of a Doctor’s note. Scratches without this documentation will not be refunded. All medical notes must be submitted in person TO THE FLOOR MARSHAL at the coaches meeting.
NO SHOWS and on-site scratches: NO REFUNDS given.
If for some reason your club has not received its scratch refund in 30 days you will have until May 1st to re-submit.
*No scratch refunds will be processes after May 1st for any reason.*
SUBSTITUTIONS PLEASE NOTE:
There will be no substitutions on the floor. All substitutions and level changes must go through the meet registrar 48 hrs prior to the meet or the club will be charged a $20 administration fee per athlete.
After March 1, 2010 Substitutions will be accepted only IF the athlete being substituted is replacing an athlete in the same competitive category.
